Misuse of Time

Um… there’s a hawk sitting on the bush next to the front door. Never seen that before. Very cool.

I had two days to myself and the freedom to do whatever I wished. That time wasn’t wasted, but neither was it well used and certainly not optimized. What was supposed to happen involved writing a couple bits of player facing information for the Realms of Adventure campaigns. In particular, the player introduction to the world church dedicated to the 15 deities, a player friendly religion guide for the cleric, and something optional for lizardfolk that aren’t of crocodilian stock. Instead of doing those things I found myself ‘squirreling’ about with a lot of other things.

I painted some miniatures, mostly not related to either of the campaigns I’m running. I worked on several game documents and sorted through a bunch of others. I fixed, or at least checked, the images in about 200 posts in the archive. Then there was some laundry. Lots of YouTube. I guess, I basically wandered about like a lost puppy for two days. Kinda par for the course as of late. Motivation and focus have been hard to find lately.

Lots of things to do. Lots of not doing those things.
