April 7, 2004 – John Riccitiello, president and chief operating officer of Electronic Arts, has resigned from the company.

Why should you care? Why do I care? The short answer is this: Maybe now we can get someone in charge at EA that will support the largest broadband gaming network in the world, XBOX LIVE.

Really that’s the only reason I care. Maybe you have different reasons.

Suffice it to say that none of the grades that are acceptable are in a class that matters. Gym and Choir are fun classes that everybody should get A’s in.
