Finally A Loss

So I stepped on the scale this morning, as I do every monday morning, and my exercise and diet have started paying off. I’m down 6 pounds from last monday. Sweet.

It’s hard work, but it’s work I need to do. Later.

  1. Good for you! The hardest committment is the one you make to yourself, so keep up the good work. You really have to think of this project as as a lifestyle change and not a “diet”. Focus on feeling better and not on the numbers.
